Amélie opened in 2006 on Plaça de la Vila de Gràcia. Today, the sign on the façade still reads: "Amélie — Global & Ethical Food". Twenty years on, it's still a neighbourhood restaurant that has changed along with Gràcia without losing its best-known recipes.

A Kitchen Reinvented After the Pandemic
The pandemic marked a turning point: the team brought back recipes from Amélie's earliest years and, at the same time, opened the kitchen up to new Mexican and international influences. The result is a menu that blends the familiar with the new, without giving up on local ingredients.
